Job Description:
- Ensure the device is functioning properly (monitoring job).
- Escalating and being involved in resolving problem (both internal, client as well as vendors and principals).
- Willing to work 24×7 including holidays and weekends if there are problems.
- Carry out maintenance visits to the client’s data center if needed.
- Involved in planning and operational infrastructure including planning and execution to ensure the device is functioning properly. More or less includes Hardware (Ups, Server, Storage, Switch ToR, ATS, PDU), Operation System (Windows/Linux), Computer Virtualization (VMWare Vcenter-ESXi + Hyper-V) and Network Virtualization (VMWare NSX).
Requirement:
- S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
- Having minimum 3 years’ experience as system engineer data center or related.
- Having VCP certification (mandatory).
- Having good communication skill.
- Having excellent attitude.
- Willing to follow a 1-year contract (contract by project).
