Job Descriptions:
- Analyze customer needs.
- Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and solving customer’s problems.

Requirements:
- S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
- Having Certificate CCNA Routing Switching.
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and team.
- Able to work on Documentation.
- Having knowledge in TCP/IP, internet, networking and security.
- Having knowledge and familiarity with Cisco Products is an advantage.
