Job Description:

  1. Document Management:
  • Establish and maintain document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with project requirements.
  • Receive, review, and process incoming project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Regularly update and maintain document logs, tracking revisions, approvals, and distribution of documents.
  • Monitor document status and workflow to ensure timely review, approval, and distribution.
  1. Distribution and Access Control:
  • Facilitate the distribution of project documents to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, in accordance with project requirements.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Perform regular quality checks on project documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the document control function.
  • Recommend enhancements to document control procedures, systems, and tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 21500
  • Having experience working in IT sector is preferred
  • Proven experience in document control or records management, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes is a plus.
